She has hazel green eyes which appear green sometimes and sometimes brown, depending on the lighting and what she wears. Her nose holds the slightest bend, echoing her hellenic ancestry. She is very fit, but more of a wiry, agile build, adept at close quarters combat situations. |

| Personal History | Born on the idyllic, Ionian island of Kefallonia, in Greece on Earth, Eirini and her younger sister Elena enjoyed a relatively well off life, not lacking in access and luxury. When the sisters were young, their father, Telemachos became Mayor of their home town of Argostoli, affording them even more access to even more luxuries. Eirini though was always the more practical one, like their mother Vassiliki and chose education and upskilling, which lead her to apply to Cambridge University in England and study Engineering. She finished her studies at the University of Athens and attained her Masters Degree, while her sister started studying Medicine at Oxford. Eirini quickly grew bored as she'd achieved her goal in life and soon applied for a position with the USEN, the stars were the next goal and the beauty of it was, you never knew where it could take you. So, she passed the rigorous training in Alice Springs in Australia and attained cross-qualification certificates required by the USEN to be able to serve. She plied her trade for the first few years of service at the Drydock at Starbase 1, soaking up as much as she could about ships, hearing tales of long travels and adventure andshe realized she wanted to be out there, moving amongst the stars. So the first open slot heading out, she applied for it which turned out to be the USEN Sankt Kristofor, a Search and Rescue ship of the USEN tasked with locating the missing SS Mariposa, which had left Earth in 2123. After a two years of searching, the Sankt Petersburg was forced to conclude that the Mariposa had been destroyed and turned back towards Earth, just in time to get caught up in the start of the Earth-Romulan War. Being a young anti-matter expert, Eirini was transferred to the USEN Spyglass, a ship that was testing using anti-matter reactors which would allow the ship to transmit while at warp without having to divert all of the power to the transmitter. The Spyglass, like many other ships in the following year would test battle, and the crew grew battle hardened and weary as time went on. The Spyglass fought its last fight in 2157, whilst being escorted by two other vessels on the latest test run. The Romulans managed to cripple the Spyglass first before destroying it, allowing for a small number of survivors to escape and their escape pods to be picked up by the escort ships before they made a run for it. Eirini made it to Earth with the other surviors just in time for the launch of the USS Nike, and was transferred over as the Chief Engineer. Battle hardened and weary, Eirini was none the less exited to get her hands on a new engine and a new ship. She was not so enthused to learn that her sister Elena had also signed up for the USEN, as a Physician. Whilst she understood the need for Doctors, this was her little sister, and war, as she'd learned was hell. |
